Well its been a couple weeks now that I started this challenge and it has been going good.
I downloaded the my fitness pal app and have been counting my calories! It helps so much seeing how many calories are in things we eat and how many we should really be taking in. I really didn't have any idea some things had so many calories in it and how many calories I was really taking in , in one day! So that is my number 1 helping tool right now. The hubby has been doing the same thing. I also have been drinking a slim fast shake (well walmarts off brand) for 1 meal a day. Normally my lunch. I started doing a zumba video and was doing it everyday, but have slacked off doing it like I should. I have lost some pounds though... Drum roll please....................................................................................................... lol
I have lost 8lbs in 3 weeks. I will weight myself again Monday to see if there is more. But as of last week I have lost 8lbs. I am super excited that what I am doing is working and helping me get this weight off.
Also I went to the doc and had to get an ultrasound done.. They said everything with my overies checked out good ,I had a couple little cyst on them but that's normal and they normally fall off. She said they were proud of me for loosing the weight that I have and to keep up the good work =]
So... Im going in the right direction and Im super excited !
Keep praying that I will stick to this and loose the weight and we will be blessed with a healty baby! Hopefully a healthy baby boy but I would be super excited either way! =]
Here is a pic of us last night on our date night.. yes I had a cheat night and ate an ice cream at Marble slab =] I need to be rewarded sometimes right. I can notice some difference in my face getting smaller and in my waist. whoo hooo! =]
