Averys 1st bday and Easter!

Well it it was a crazy week for Averys 1st bday and Easter being in the same weekend! But we had a lot of family time which we loved! Let me start off by saying that my girl is the best little girl and blessing that a mommy could have! Shes such a joy to have around and brings a smile to my face with just one look into my eyes! but anyways enought bragging for now on my sweet girl.

Her birthday party was very stressful in the beginning trying to set everything up and icing her cake , cupcakes, set out all the decorations, moving tables, etc... My mom watched and got avery ready while me and my hubby did everything outside. My dad went and got ice and stuff for the cotton candy machine! Well I had almost everything done when people started getting there and i was already stressed working all morning to try and make everything perfect for my girl. I had a break down.. prob a mix of overwhelmed and pregnancy! lol But in the end her birthday turned out great! She had fun and had a great turn out of freiends and family! And my Avery jade did not have a problem tearing into her cupcake! She loves sweets so she dove right in and even picked it up to take a big ol bite! It was so cute! I remember when we were opening up her presents that I forgot to bring the camera out and by that time it was to late! But Im thankful we have picutres of her big day! =] Here are a couple pics from her 1st birthday party!

                                                 

By the end of the day and only having 1 nap all day long, she was worn out and passed out about 7:30!

Easter 2011! Averys 1st Easter! I had her basket all ready when she woke up !

BTW just wanted to add I got her basket for $2 and I monogramed her name on it myself! Dollar Items from Target as gifts and a veggie tail movie (used a 20% coupon to get it!! ) =] Yes im pretty thrify And Crafty! =]

She was excited to see what was in the basket.. And pulled everything out one by one and showed it to me and daddy! =]  Oh and I had already started the veggie tales movie on the Tv so she could see it when she got up! lol =]

 We tryed so hard for her to keep the bunny ears on but she pulled them off every time! But at least I got a couple pics of her wearing them! =]

 One of her 4 birthday shirts that she had! i let her sleep in one and the back was so cute! It says Finally One but it seems like that 1st year flew by!

 We went to church and after church we went to my Nanas house! Took a couple pictures in our Easter outfits! =] And of coarse baby #2 is in the belly in the pic too! lol

 Avery has 4 teeth now! 2 on top 2 on bottom! Had to get a pic of her showing them off!

 This would be our bunny cake that we get EVERY year from my Nanna! She makes all the grandkids 1 ! We look forward to this every year and I love this tradition! =]

Well that was our fun filled weekend! We had a great one ! And now we get to be excited about finding out what Baby #2 is on May12th! Whoo hoo! But Jake has lots of things to do before then with school! Finals and projects due! Will be so glad when he finishes school but it will be for like another 2 years! ughhh! But I thank God he is sticking with it and going to graduate!
